Organisations that Daniel worked for include, Leisure Connection/Harpers Fitness as
National Sales Manager, responsible for 50+ Health and Fitness Facilities with an annual turnover in excess of £31m; Pulse Fitness as Regional Business Development Manager, the UKs largest fitness equipment manufacturer; Setting up his own Business Consultancy, Partex Leisure Limited (later becoming Momentum Business Development), supporting large Leisure Organisations such as Pulse Fitness, DC Leisure, Hilton Hotels Living Well, Panthers Gym from ITVs Gladiators, Parkwood Leisure, Bladerunner Corporate Fitness and many of the independent operators.
In January 2005 Daniel supported Watford Borough Council, in the running of the council’s health and fitness facilities, increasing direct debit income from £180k to 720k.
In this same period customer attrition improved from 8% to 5.5%. Furthermore, was part of the team responsible for the planning and project management of relocation of existing health and fitness services whilst the council
built 2 new sports centres at a value of £14M.
Whilst consulting for Watford Borough Council Daniel became involved within the health and social care sector and from 2008 Daniel was instrumental in the startup of three new residential treatment facilities in Kent and Suffolk, responsible for the set
up and running of two of them as chief executive.
